Buyfancy.com Return Policy 

• All products available at Buyfancy.com, online jewelry store are of the highest quality and we offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will refund you the full cost of the item excluding the shipping, handling, insurance charges and restocking fee (10% off the purchase price). Please note that we can make a full refund only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for the shipping, handling, restocking fees and insurance charges for returned merchandise. To assist us in processing your return request as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions:
•  You may send an e-mail to info@buyfancy.com. We will honor return requests via email or telephone within 7 days of the delivery.
• Proof of purchase, receipt and/or packing slip is required for all returns/exchanges. All returns must include a return address and telephone number.
• All returned items must be in their original packaging and be received in new, unused and undamaged condition. All tags must be attached with no sign of removal.. The return shipment must be prepaid and insured for the full amount of the original invoice.
• Send the item(s) you are returning with the enclosed materials and additional items (if any) you received with your order. For any items you intend to keep, you may choose to have those costs deducted from your refund. A return may void a multiple purchase discount.
• Please note that all special custom orders may not be returned and have a no return policy.
• Buyfancy.com cannot be responsible for return shipping losses so your merchandise must be insured. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued. Your refund may take longer to process during holiday shopping seasons.
• Refunds will be issued as follows: If you paid by check or bank wire transfer, Buyfancy.com will issue you a check in the amount of the full price of the item excluding delivery charges and restocking fees. If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to your original credit card account. If you would like to receive Store Credit toward the purchase of merchandise for your return, please specify Store Credit in your email or when you speak to a customer service representative.
